What is the Koala® 120-night trial?

We want you to be sure about your comfort. You can test our mattresses and furniture in your own home for 120 nights. If you don't love it, we will arrange a full refund and free pickup in most metro areas.

How long does shipping take?

We offer fast, reliable shipping across the country. In most major metro areas, we provide same-day delivery for orders placed before 9 AM. Regional deliveries typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all Koala® furniture is built to last. Our mattresses come with a 10-year structural warranty, while our bed bases and sofas are covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Are Koala® products environmentally friendly?

Sustainability is at our core. We use FSC-certified timber, recycled polyester, and CertiPUR-US® certified foams. Plus, every purchase helps protect koalas and their habitats through our partnership with WWF-Australia.

Does the furniture require assembly?

Our furniture is designed for 'tool-free' assembly. Most items, including our bed bases and sofas, can be put together in under 15 minutes without the need for screwdrivers or hammers.
